    Direct Support Professionals of Missouri (DSPM) is a growing organization in the state of Missouri, dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people we support through their direct support staff. This will be done by:

  • Providing enhancement and educational training to direct support professionals on person centered thinking,
  • Providing a communication base to direct support professionals for sharing ideas,information and experiences,
  • Gathering information on direct support issues and then sharing them in order to promote person centered change, and
  • Becoming an advocate for direct support in the state of Missouri.
